Agency Mission Statement

Advocates for Family Peace promotes safety, equity, and peace in personal relationships.  We use our resources to:

Support women and children as they strive to have lives free of violence or abuse and encourage them to make choices that are in their own best interests;
Educate our community about the issues surrounding domestic violence;
Work for social change in policy and practice that supports safety for victims and accountability for violent and abusive behavior;
Promote respect and acceptance for all individuals; and
Strive to model non-oppressive agency practices and policies.
