Advocates for Family Peace offers trainings which address working with abusive men as fathers. The trainings focus on the following:
- Examining the childhood experiences of men who batter with their own father.
- The impact of battering by men on children.
- Becoming a more nurturing, child centered father.
- Examining how men who batter can be respectful, non-violent, and more supportive of their children’s mother and of the mother-child relationship.
