Purpose of the Class
Love and Logic is a seven-week parent training program designed by Love and Logic Institute®, Inc. This highly successful seminar is designed to give parents practical skills they can use immediately in parenting their children. Each of the seven two-hour sessions emphasizes using a combination of genuine caring and reasoning to address issues parents face every day. The program is being offered as an extension of the mission of Advocates for Family Peace. The goal is to support the growth of healthy families. It is not a substitute for therapeutic intervention when a need for family counseling is indicated.
Education and Discussion topics include:

| "How do I get my children to help with the chores without an argument?" |
| "Is there a way to discipline my toddler in public without creating a scene?" |
| "How can I get my teenage daughter to come home at the agreed upon time?" |
| "How do I get him to stop spitting his peas and whining at dinner?" |
How do I participate in Love and Logic?
Love and Logic classes are open to all adults.
- Call Advocates for Family Peace to receive information about the class schedule and a registration form.
- Registration costs are $50 for individuals or $75 for two people.
